We’d Love to See You Join
A Place for Every Age and Life Stage
For ages eighteen and up, our Adult Ministry is designed to help people discover the authority of God’s word for every aspect of their life. This authority is not burdensome. Rather, it reveals our purpose which is to enjoy God at the center of our lives.
Our Men’s Ministry functions to inspire men to discover and fulfill their distinctive challenge as men. To be a success not only in the workplace, but also at home and in the church.
Our Women’s Ministry allows women the opportunity to discover God’s unique design for them and the joys He intends for them through that calling.
We believe that the teenage years are such an opportunity for parents in guiding their children to make their faith their own.
We seek to partner with parents as they help their young people wrestle with the challenges of the junior and senior high years. The goal is for our teens to see that God has an identity, worth and purpose for them which far surpasses anything the world offers.
We believe parents are created to be the greatest influence in their children’s lives.
More than just teaching Bible stories, we seek to partner with parents as they lead their toddlers up to 6th grade aged children in discovering who God is leading to their salvation and then a desire to want God at the center of their lives.
Words from our Members
“The youth group at GVBC has given our kids a fun community that values God focused living. They get to know different people and different views while learning how to lovingly apply Biblical Truth. This youth group is a safe place to grow into God fearing young adults.”
“King’s Kids has been a true blessing to our family. Our children learn Bible verses, songs and lessons that give them a deeper understanding into God’s nature and character even as young kids. It has been a joy to watch their faith come alive and grow as the Bible becomes more than just a story to them.”
“For me several things are unique about our Adult Sunday School that I find to be a blessing and beneficial to my spiritual growth. One is the fact that the subject for Sunday School is the sermon that was taught that Sunday which helps to bring home the principles being taught.”
